HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
  • Most orders are shipped within 1-3 business days. Once an order is placed, please allow up to 3 business days for it to be processed. Once it's been processed, you can expect it to be shipped within 5 more business days UNLESS otherwise stated. However our standard shipping for hair can take 6-10 business days. We require a signature confirmation on ALL ORDERS to ensure your order arrives at the correct destination. No shipping on weekends and Holidays!
  • WASHING YOUR HAIR
    • Keeping your hair extensions clean is very important to making them last longer. Before washing your hair extensions: Brush your hair and remove all tangles and knots. Then wet a small portion of hair at the time and use a good detangling and rich conditioner. Distribute conditioner evenly throughout the hair. Always wash hair going in a downward motion. After conditioning your hair, apply a good leave-in conditioning product, this always helps to keep your hair super soft and moist.
    • You can basically do anything with it; curl, color, brush, comb, and flat iron it to any style just like your natural hair. If you are not familiar with coloring hair please take you extensions to a professional colorist!!!

     

    HOW LONG DOES THE HAIR LAST?
    • This hair can last for a very long time depending on how you maintain it. Treat it like your own hair and take good care of it and it will last longer. Depending on maintenance, hair will last to 12 months.
